We are recruiting an Energy Campaigner to support our multi-country campaign with a special emphasis on Poland. The role involves developing winning strategies for Poland linked to our European campaign and supporting our coal campaign.
Requirements
- At least five years of experience working in the field of energy, climate and just transition
- Fluent in spoken and written Polish and English
- At least three years of experience in developing campaign strategies for civil society organisations and running campaigns
- Expertise and thorough understanding of the policy, dynamics and politics of the energy transition in Poland
- Solid understanding of the European coal sector
- Strong interpersonal skills, competency at facilitating and supporting the work of others, and the ability to build common cause and reach agreements among multi-organisational teams
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate clearly, comprehensibly and concisely, and spokesperson experience
- Proficiency in using Google productivity tools (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, etc.)
- Highly organised and capable of balancing multiple priorities
- Confident working remotely with a broad range of people from different countries, cultures, and backgrounds
