The role involves maintaining SAP infrastructure, upgrading systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring continuity of service. This position requires strong technical skills and experience with SAP applications.
Requirements
- Create and maintain RFC/HTTP links with internal and external systems.
- Manage SAP GUI upgrade: creation of packages and coordination of deployment.
- Conduct the SAP annual PRA by reference to the RSSI and the informator.
- Coordinate version raises and application of Support Packages.
- Execute SPDD/SPAU post-upgrade operations on SAP environments.
- Apply SAP security notes (CVE) and corrective measures on all environments.
- Manage the COPIL infogérance monthly as a technical reference.
- Follow daily production (incidents, dumps, recurring jobs).
- Manage technical authorization (users, internal/external consultants).
- Implement automation of workflows through the group order.
- Configure encryption/decryption of incoming/outgoing files and archive of data.
- Define retention periods for logs and implement purging.
- Administer SSO Fiori/SuccessFactors via SAML2 and manage the renewal of certificates.
- Coordinate with IT departments and ensure a technical entry point.
