Senior Recruiter - LTE

As a Cielo Senior Recruiter, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search. You will act as a brand ambassador for the client and provide consultative direction and industry expertise to hiring leaders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Significant recruiting experience, with demonstrated successes in a corporate, RPO or agency setting
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and social media tools
• Knowledge of common Human Resources principles, practices and metrics related to talent acquisition
• Minimum of five or more year’s results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting
• Proven background in Pharma Recruiter experience
• Ideal sector experience within Lifesciences / Pharma background but industry experience is flexible
