Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field, typically gained over approximately 3 years or more
• Proven experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously in a dynamic environment
• Strong direct sourcing capability, with the ability to proactively identify and engage candidates
