As a Cielo Recruiter, you will deliver service excellence throughout the full recruitment lifecycle, focused on production (blue-collar) hiring, and partner closely with hiring managers to drive efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes
• Ability to handle multiple job requisitions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with recruitment systems such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
