What You’ll Be Doing

You will be joining the Change & Process Management Team within Client Operations. As a Consultant, Change & Process Management, you will be responsible for helping drive key & complex regulatory initiatives, improve the efficiency of the group through lean & operational excellence best practices; as well as for leading high impact technological enterprise projects, ensuring they are implemented on time, within scope and sustained. You will partner with support groups to ensure that the teams have the right tools; from process, to technology, to enable strategies.

How You’ll Succeed

  • Process Improvement- Identify and leverage best practices in partnership with operations to improve and standardize productivity opportunities through the elimination of waste in the process; improving our business process management culture. Leverage lean & operational excellence frameworks, tools and best practices to provide in-depth consultation and strategic advice on all areas of improvement and sustainment activities. Provide value-add consulting to leaders and senior management on an ongoing basis.
  • Consulting Approach- You are able to consolidate and present information in a simple and crisp impactful way to get approval for proposed changes. You are able to facilitate work sessions with different stakeholders to be able to extract key information that will be leveraged for finding efficiency opportunities. You are able to analyze unstructured information and present it to give meaningful insights to different levels of audience.
  • Project Management- Lead high impact projects by leveraging project management best practices. Be able to implement initiatives in time, within scope by working with stakeholders, ensuring sustainment after implementation and impact mitigation by understanding the change thoughtfully.
  • Influence without Authority- Use available insights to influence actions and outcomes of projects & initiatives. Work with stakeholders to create buy-in and reduce resistance to change; proactively identify risk, concerns and gaps on recommendations to be implemented and look at possible mitigation to make sure change lands effectively. Build and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders that have an influence on the outcome of implementations.
