Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Previous experience in strategic consulting (top tier or boutique) or in areas such as strategy, new businesses, growth, or BizOps
- Strong analytical capacity and structured reasoning
- Experience with business analysis, strategic planning, or transformation projects
- Ability to build and interpret business cases and financial analyses
- Fluency in English
- Curious, hands-on, and comfortable with construction environments and ambiguity
- Facility for collaboration with different stakeholders
