- Execute and govern integration and cloud architecture within enterprise standards defined by Solution Architecture
- Lead and mentor Integration Platform and Cloud Engineers
- Enforce integration standards, patterns, and reference architectures across cloud and enterprise systems
- Govern API strategy, lifecycle policies, and security standards within established enterprise guidelines
- Evaluate platform evolution and investments aligned with enterprise architecture
- Govern cloud foundation, environments, IAM, security, and compliance
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, and application lifecycle governance
- Partner with Solution Architects and business stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions within approved patterns
- Ensure end-to-end quality: resilience, observability, security, and SLA governance
- Actively hands-on: contributing directly to platform configuration, integration design, and infrastructure alongside the team
Skills
- Proven experience as an Integration or Solution Architect in enterprise environments
- Cloud platforms: Azure and/or AWS — Kubernetes (AKS), Docker, VNet, Firewall, API Gateway, databases, Blob Storage
- CI/CD: Azure DevOps, deployment strategies, application lifecycle governance
- Security & IAM: identity management, RBAC, security policies at platform level
- Enterprise integration patterns and API design at scale
- API governance: lifecycle management, OAuth 2.0, JWT, mTLS, versioning policies
- Integration platforms: IBM API Connect, MuleSoft or equivalent
- Async/event-driven architecture
- Data contracts, schema governance, and transformation standards
- Terraform for cloud and integration platform provisioning (IaC)
- Observability: metrics, alerts, dashboards, distributed tracing
- Experience leading engineering teams in cross-functional enterprise settings
Nice to have
- SaaS integrations: SAP, Salesforce
- Data governance, data quality, and data platform integration (ETL/ELT)
- FinOps best practices applied to cloud platform management
Soft Skills
- Portuguese and/or Spanish fluency; English required
