Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Management, Data Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in Data Governance initiatives and data management frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with Data Engineering concepts, especially data ingestion and integration processes.
- Experience working with Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Strong understanding of data quality, metadata management, data lineage, and governance controls.
- Solid knowledge of SQL and data modeling concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing environments.
- Strong sense of ownership, urgency, and hands-on attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Collaborative and proactive mindset.
- Experience with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data ecosystems and enterprise-scale data lakes.
- Experience navigating between technical, business, and executive teams in global environments.
