You would be welcomed to a dedicated and inclusive environment where you can learn and collaborate with some of the most talented people in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Execution

  • Take a high-impact, hands-on role in closing the project, driving the production roadmap through the final critical stages of development.

  • Act as the primary "pusher" for major game modules, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery as we move toward the final "gold" master.

Team Leadership & Operations

  • Lead and mentor a team of Producers and Associate Producers, maintaining a culture of accountability and high-velocity output during the shipping phase.

  • Optimize internal workflows and communication loops to remove daily bottlenecks and maintain production momentum.

  • Act as the operational bridge between the development team and executive leadership, providing clear, data-driven visibility into the "closing" status.

Resource & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with Department Directors to reconcile ambitious goals with the technical and time constraints of a project near completion.

  • Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure team wellbeing while meeting intensive development milestones.

  • Ensure all stakeholders remain aligned on shifting priorities through clear documentation and rapid project updates.

Key Requirements:

  • Shipped at least 2 AA+/AAA titles as a Producer - experience in the final "closing" stages of a project is a must.

  • Mastery of production methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and expert-level proficiency with Jira and Confluence.

  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire a diverse team during high-intensity periods.

  • Professional fluency in English; essential for clear, rapid communication across our global team.

  • A deep understanding of the technical challenges involved in modern AA+/AAA game development and "going gold."

Desirable:

  • Experience managing large-scale remote or distributed development teams.

  • A passion for data-driven production and process optimization.

  • Deep interest in the Soulslike genre and its unique production requirements.

What we offer:

  • Attractive remuneration and annual discretionary bonus.

  • Generous benefits supporting your wellbeing.

  • Opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative team.

  • Remote work with flexible schedules (core working hours 10am-4pm CET), allowing you to work alongside talented individuals from around the world.

  • An opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and stay at the forefront of the gaming industry.

  • A diverse and inclusive workplace that celebrates all backgrounds, regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or social status.

  • Company events and wrap-up parties, access to all games released by CI Games and company merchandise.

  • A chance to be part of something ground-breaking as we shape the future of gaming.

Recruitment Process:

  • Once our Talent Acquisition team receives your application, together with the hiring team, we will review your CV, portfolio and the answers you provided in the application form and if all the boxes are ticked, we're moving to the next stage.

  • Initial call with Talent Acquisition Specialist - During this call you'll learn about the company and we learn about you. We'll talk about your experience & expectations with working in a fully remote environment and we'll talk about your expertise. We'll finish this call with some admin questions. There will be an opportunity for you to ask any questions as well.

  • After the initial call, usually 1 or 2 interviews with the hiring team follows. These interviews will be a bit more technical and will go deeper into your experience, skills & knowledge. As you would have signed an NDA by now, you'll also learn a bit more about the project you would work on. During these interviews we'll also focus on finding out whether you're a good fit for our company culture and that we share the same values.

  • We may or may not ask you to do the test - this is decided on an individual basis and you will receive instructions with the test.

  • If everything goes well, the last step in the recruitment process is the offer presentation call with the Talent Acquisition Specialist and your future line manager to discuss the offer and next steps to get you successfully on board.

We are an equal opportunities employer, hiring and developing our best talent based on merit. Accessibility is at the heart of our games, and we are committed to not discriminating against people based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, or social status. Should you require adjustments or flexible arrangements to interview, or take up a role with us, please let us know in your application and we will accommodate to the best of our ability.

Through groundbreaking technology and a commitment to high-quality game development, CI Games is revolutionizing the action and RPG genres. Originally founded in 2002 as a budget-range game publisher, the Warsaw-based company has strategically evolved into an independent, global developer and publisher of critically and commercially successful titles. This transformation was driven by a focus on innovation and a deep understanding of the modern gamer, leading to the creation of globally recognized franchises. The company's technological prowess is showcased in its latest projects, which leverage state-of-the-art tools like Unreal Engine 5 to build immersive, visually stunning, and mechanically complex worlds. This commitment to cutting-edge technology allows CI Games to push the boundaries of interactive entertainment, delivering AAA experiences that captivate millions of players worldwide.

CI Games' innovative approach extends beyond technology to its studio structure and strategic vision. The company operates a multi-studio model, including the talented teams at Hexworks, which specializes in action-RPGs and is the driving force behind the acclaimed 'Lords of the Fallen' series, and Underdog Studios, which is developing a new survival IP. This structure fosters creativity and specialized expertise, allowing each team to focus on delivering best-in-class titles within their respective genres. In addition to its internal development, CI Games established United Label, a publishing arm dedicated to supporting ambitious independent developers, further diversifying its portfolio with unique titles like 'Röki' and 'Tails of Iron'. By balancing the development of its core, multi-million selling franchises like 'Sniper Ghost Warrior' with the cultivation of new IPs and indie gems, CI Games has built a sustainable and forward-thinking model for success in the competitive global video game market.
