Chrysalis Host Home is seeking families to open their homes to individuals with disabilities. As a Host Home Provider, you'll provide a loving and nurturing home environment, and receive two payments based on the level of care provided. This contract position offers the flexibility of working from home.

• Able to pass a background check.
• Able to pass a Motor Vehicle Report.
• Available bedroom in your home.
• Available to complete all company trainings.
