The Channel Business Development Manager is responsible for acquiring, developing, managing and growing relationships with Charterhouse's channel partners, driving revenue through effective partner engagement and joint go-to-market activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in channel sales or partner management within UCaaS, CCaaS, cybersecurity, connectivity, IT services or adjacent technology sectors
- Ability to lead and present sales opportunities on behalf of the channel partners
- Strong understanding of the reseller, distributor, and MSP ecosystem in the UK
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to think strategically while executing tactically
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to articulate value to partners
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
