This role is responsible for providing professional and safe transport services, with experienced Heavy Haulage Drivers to transport and deliver over-dimensional and over-mass machinery and equipment to customer specified destinations in a reliable and safe manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Over-dimensional and over-mass machinery and equipment deliveries
- Safely restraining machinery and equipment in accordance with NTC Load Restraint Guide
- Completing prestart and other operational checklists and administrative paperwork
- Carrying and understanding all statutory and regulatory permits
Key Requirements:
- MC Driver’s Licence and demonstrated experience in Heavy Haulage
- Experienced as a previous Platform Driver
- Extensive experience transporting over-dimensional equipment and machinery
- A sound knowledge of road transport legislation including fatigue management, permit requirements and operating conditions
