We're a small, fast-moving team building a next-generation supply chain AI platform. As a startup, we prioritize development speed and iteration. Creating solid and clean building blocks while delivering meaningful features is top of mind right now.

Were well-funded, having already secured several million dollars in backing. Our funding team has a strong track record, having previously built multiple successful startups, including several that scaled to hundreds of millions in valuation. Theyve raised significant venture capital and launched industry-leading products in their respective domains.

We need a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong focus on Go who can architect scalable systems, ship production-ready code, and own the entire deployment pipeline from local development to cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement high-performance backend services in Go
• Build and maintain cloud infrastructure across AWS, GCP, and Azure
• Own the DevOps pipeline from CI/CD to monitoring and alerting
• Lead our SOC 2 compliance efforts, implementing security best practices
• Create robust APIs that power our AI-driven supply chain platform
• Optimize for performance, reliability, and cost across cloud providers
• Automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment processes
• Collaborate with frontend engineers to design efficient data flows
• Make architectural decisions that balance speed of delivery with long-term maintainability

You Should Have

• 5-10 years of backend development experience

• Strong Go programming skills (minimum 2+ years preferred)

• Proven experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure not just one cloud provider
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and microservices
• Hands-on DevOps experience (Docker, Kubernetes, Pulumi, etc.)
• Security-first mindset with understanding of compliance frameworks
• Self-driven approach with ability to own projects end-to-end
• Experience shipping production systems that scale

Bonus Points

• SOC 2 compliance experience you've been through the audit process

• Built AI/ML infrastructure or data pipelines at scale

• Experience with multi-cloud deployments and cost optimization
• Track record of improving developer velocity through tooling and automation
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or enterprise software
