This is a senior individual contributor role with global reach and significant executive visibility.

What you’ll do

  • Benefits Program Design & Implementation – Benchmark and recommend benefits programs for specific countries, working within the global benefits framework to balance global alignment with local relevance.
  • Vendor & Cost Analysis – Research and recommend benefit vendors and partners; perform cost modeling and impact analysis to inform country-level program decisions.
  • Program Rollout – Translate recommendations into action by developing rollout plans, coordinating with HR and business leaders to communicate and implement changes, and tracking outcomes for continuous improvement.
  • Governance & Compliance – Ensure all compensation and benefits programs meet applicable local employment laws and reporting obligations.
  • Advisory & Partnership – Serve as a trusted partner to regional HR and business leaders on Total Rewards topics; collaborate closely with Finance, Legal, and HR Operations.
  • Adaptability - You thrive in the space between structure and flexibility—using global frameworks as a foundation, not a fence. You bring analytical depth, curiosity about local markets, and a practical approach to making global rewards work everywhere we operate.
