As an Outsourcing Manager, you will play a key role in driving collaboration between CD PROJEKT RED and our external development partners. You’ll ensure that outsourced work - across disciplines such as art, design, engineering, and QA - meets our business standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience (5+ years) in game development, including at least 2 years in production, outsourcing, or co-development leadership.
- Background in vendor management or business aspects of outsourcing.
- Solid understanding of production pipelines for at least one of the following: art, design, or programming (ideally more than one).
- Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple external partners simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and negotiation abilities.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to build trust-based relationships.
