About Catalight
Catalight is a nonprofit human-centered social enterprise that expands access to individualized, evidence-based care for people with autism and other developmental disabilities. The organization supports approximately 25,500 families annually through a network of more than 15,000 practitioners, delivering 4.1 million service hours each year. Its multidisciplinary approach includes behavior analysts, psychologists, marriage and family therapists, clinical social workers and neuropsychologists, with flexible treatment paths spanning caregiver-led interventions, applied behavior analysis, direct coaching and developmental, relationship-based interventions.
Catalight combines more than 10 years of real-world clinical data with proprietary care-support technology, including wearable devices, mobile applications and practitioner management software. The organization connects clients with providers in an average of five days and combines family-centered treatment with clinical research, professional education, payer solutions and advocacy. Through affiliate partners Easterseals Northern California and Easterseals Hawaii, Catalight supports people with disabilities and their families across Northern California, Hawaii and beyond.
