Since our beginning in 2017, we've dedicated ourselves to providing compassionate, innovative, and high-quality services, focusing on building strong relationships and offering holistic support. What truly sets us apart is our unwavering dedication to working with those who face some of the most significant challenges and complex childhood traumas in Australia. Our journey started with the understanding that connection and support are fundamental to building resilient communities.

We proudly stand as advocates for accessible and resilient communities, and for youth who are not just surviving, but truly thriving. Our approach is rooted in compassion, transparency, and evidence-based practices, as we strive to create brighter futures for everyone we serve. We see ourselves as a village, welcoming everyone, irrespective of their background or beliefs, and providing the essential care and connection they need. Our skilled and dedicated team, now over 650 strong, delivers a wide range of services across New South Wales, Queensland, Western Australia, and the Northern Territory. We offer various programs, including Intensive Therapeutic Residential Care, Permanency Support Programs (which encompass foster care, kinship care, guardianship, and adoption), and services for people with disabilities. We're also deeply committed to family preservation and restoration, working closely with families to build parenting capacity and help restore children to their homes in safe, nurturing environments. We understand the importance of being there for our community, which is why we have dedicated after-hours teams ready to provide clinical guidance and support 365 days a year. We are more than just a service provider; we are a community partner, working to ensure that every individual has the opportunity to live a full and functioning life.
