The Senior Business Analyst (Process Optimization) is responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing finance operational processes, procedures, and controls across shipboard functions. This role identified inefficiencies, leads change management initiatives and adoption of new ways of working, ensures governance and compliance, and drives process improvements aligned with organizational goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems degree or other related field of study
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in business analysis and process improvement, with working knowledge of finance and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in designing, documenting, and optimizing business processes, understanding of operational workflows.
- Familiarity with AI and RPA enabled process automation with demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, support process adoption, and ensure accountability for consistent execution.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, communicate effectively, and gain buy-in from executives and operational teams.
- Proficient in Accounting and Information Systems methodologies, tools, best practices, processes and controls
- Amenable to work from 3pm - 12am (PHT)
