Cargo-Partner is seeking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented and communication-driven Control Tower Operator & Data Quality to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring efficient operational execution, timely shipment handling and excellent customer service through proactive coordination and data-driven decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, analyze, and identify root causes of data quality issues within the systems implementing corrective and improvement actions.
  • Monitor shipments in real time from cargo-ready date to departure, ensuring timely and efficient logistics execution in line with customer expectations.
  • Prepare and continuously update operational and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making and proactive problem resolution.
  • Verify that booking confirmations and shipment details meet required transit times, conditions, and customer specifications; coordinate alternatives when space or carrier issues arise.
  • Ensure origin offices record accurate and complete data in the systems, maintaining up-to-date shipment statuses.
  • Collaborate closely with origin offices, control agents, and vendors to anticipate and resolve potential delays or issues before they impact operations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact between the customer, origin offices, and the control agent, ensuring clear, timely, and effective communication.
  • Organize regular meetings with customers to review performance metrics, analyze delays, anticipate scenarios, and present operational updates.
  • Use data analysis to identify performance trends, drive process improvements, and strengthen communication among all stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and high-quality service.

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics operations freight forwarding or similar roles.
  • Proficiency with data analysis tools and logistics management platforms, Cargo-Wise experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving and collaborative skills.
  • Detail-oriented with an analytical mindset.
  • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (preferred).
