Senior Manager - Enterprise Governance and Strategy Planning (EPPG)

The Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance and Process Governance (EPPG) role is responsible for driving enterprise governance, process harmonization, and performance monitoring. The incumbent will lead the design and standardization of end-to-end processes, establish governance frameworks, and develop enterprise core policies and standards.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Corporate Governance, Business Process Management, Operations Excellence or related role within a Tech environment
• Degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or related field
• Proven experience operating in complex, multi‐stakeholder or public‐sector contexts with strong governance and accountability requirements
