Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering
- 5-7 years IT service management experience
- ITIL certification preferred
- Technical expertise in infrastructure, incident management, disaster recovery
- Strong leadership skills
- Analytical abilities to interpret performance data
- Experience developing SOPs, maintaining documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
