United States onlyThe Sr. Analyst, Data Engineering plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making across Specialty Networks Solutions by designing, building, and maintaining analytical data assets and dashboards that support feasibility assessments, insights generation, and strategic growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in a data analyst or analytics role, preferred
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and transforming large datasets
- Hands-on experience with Databricks or similar big data analytics platforms preferred
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R for data analysis
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear business insights
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience supporting Real-World Evidence (RWE), healthcare analytics, or life sciences data preferred
- Familiarity with healthcare and EMR data highly preferred
- Experience working in a cloud-based data ecosystem (e.g., Azure, GCP) preferred
- Experience developing dashboards and visual analytics using BI Tools (Tableau, PowerBI, etc) preferred
- Knowledge of data modeling concepts and analytical best practices
