Technical Manager (APAC Region)

We are looking for a Technical Manager to lead, develop, and coordinate technical operations across the Asia-Pacific region to ensure successful installation, service delivery, and long-term customer success for CarbonCure's solution. This is a remote position with a preference for candidates located in Japan, South Korea, or Taiwan.

Requirements

• Strong technical foundation in concrete mix design management
• Proven leadership experience managing distributed technical teams across multiple countries and cultures
• Prior experience in the concrete, construction, or industrial equipment sector
• Familiarity with construction-related regulatory approval processes
• Strategic mindset with the ability to execute operational tasks while contributing to long-term regional growth initiatives
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively with sales, technical services, engineering & product development
• Bilingual capabilities, with strong preference for Japanese and English
