Responsabilities
- Collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, product-led team environment to deliver high-quality front-end solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable, performant, and maintainable front-end code with a strong focus on best practices and code quality.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and modified features, ensuring clarity and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Partner closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into functional, user-friendly interfaces aligned with design principles.
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end components following WCAG standards and industry best practices.
- Improve web performance, ensuring fast load times and optimal user experiences across devices.
- Participate in peer code reviews, offering constructive feedback and helping uphold high coding standards across the team.
Requirments
- Experience working in a product-led, fast-paced environment
- 3+ years of professional development experience
- Ability to create and maintain clear documentation of created or modified functionality
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Excellent skills in HTML/CSS, BEM methodology.
- Experience with CSS preprocessors such as SASS or LESS.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma and development tools like Storybook.
- Experience with Git for version control.
- Awareness of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and best practices.
- Familiarity with responsive design techniques and tools.
- Knowledge of techniques for optimizing web performance
- Ability to perform hands-on front-end development, write code and perform code reviews
- Communication: Effective communication skills, especially with teams responsible for security, operations, and product
- Analytical thinking: Ability to tackle and investigate complicated problems and convert them to the task
- Adaptability to Rapid Changes: Demonstrated capability to adjust to quick technological shifts and evolving business requirements
- Ownership and Accountability: Readiness to take ownership of tasks, and issues as well as demonstrate accountability for the results and outcome
- Knowledge of the Ionic framework for building hybrid mobile applications
- Experience with performance optimization and application resilience strategies
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
