Requirements
- 5-8 years' leadership experience in Learning & Development, shared services, or service design.
- Deep understanding of Learning operations, digital learning platforms, and workforce development.
- Ability to design scalable learning operating models across people, process, tech, and data.
- Stakeholder management and cross functional negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of GDS, accessibility, and learner experience best practice.
- Eligible for Security Clearance (Level 2).
