Requirements
Summary:
This role will be crucial in supporting our compensation and HR controlling strategies in a decentralized HR structure aligned with the global headquarters. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of compensation principles in international markets, excellent analytical skills, and financial data experience. You will work closely with the broader HR team and stakeholders including Employer of Record (EOR) partners, HR Business Partners (HRBP), and Hiring Managers (HM) from headquarters to ensure compliance, accurate reporting, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making related to compensation
Responsibilities:Compensation Analysis:
Support the administration of compensation programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and equity programs.
Conduct data analysis to support compensation for benchmarking and market research.
Assist in the preparation of compensation proposals and recommendations.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity within compensation-related processes.
HR Controlling:
Assist in the development and monitoring of HR budgets related to compensation.
Track and analyze compensation-related expenses, identifying variances, and providing insights.
Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports on compensation costs and trends.
Contribute to the development and implementation of cost-saving initiatives within HR.
Collaboration:
Partner with HR Business Partners, Recruiters, and Finance teams on compensation-related matters.
Collaborate with EOR providers and global HR stakeholders to ensure alignment with headquarters' strategy across countries
Provide data and insights to support HR projects and initiatives.
Skills:Proven experience as a Compensation Analyst. - 2 years of Experience
English proficiency - Advanced
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. - Intermediate
Solid understanding of compensation principles and practices in international markets working with several countries. - Intermediate
Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
Good communication and interpersonal skills
