Requirements
- Successful advocacy for student access and equity
- Handling complex student cases with professionalism, discretion, and a student-centered approach
- Navigating challenging conversations and disputes
- Knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA, FERPA, student conduct, Title IX)
- Proactive problem solving and process improvement
