Requirements

  • Successful advocacy for student access and equity
  • Handling complex student cases with professionalism, discretion, and a student-centered approach
  • Navigating challenging conversations and disputes
  • Knowledge of higher education policies and compliance (ADA, FERPA, student conduct, Title IX)
  • Proactive problem solving and process improvement
