The HR intern will offer hands-on experience in various areas of HR, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, onboarding, compliance, and day-to-day HR operations.
Requirements
- Collaborate with HR team members and business stakeholders to complete assigned projects/tasks in each department.
- Support ongoing job description project, which includes updating all company job descriptions, auditing current job descriptions, and documenting the processes.
- Support emerging career initiatives, including coordinating interviews and contacting applicants.
- Research industry trends and summarize findings.
- Provide administrative and coordination support to the HR team.
- Review and complete the timesheet correction forms.
- Tracking harassment training for new hires.
- Create forms highlighting CFP’s company culture.
- Other projects and assignments as requested.
