Requirements
- Provide first-level SIRH support to client business teams;
- Participate in the implementation of an SIRH Paie project in AMOA:
- Ensure a business consultancy role for the client and monitor the evolving and regulatory matters in the Paie / post-Paie domain;
- Ensure a project management role on the mission.
- Carry out process audit and SIRH on the Paie domain;
- Conduct SIRH choice aids on the Paie domain;
- Manage change management, by evaluating impact, defining and implementing an adapted strategy, and creating innovative means;
- Participate in Calexa Group growth via internal activities (pre-sales, prospecting, commercial presentations, methodological development of a service offer...)
