National Sales Manager will build and manage Caesars Entertainment In-Market sales efforts to achieve financial goals, overseeing sales efforts in TN, KY, GA, and AL markets.
Requirements
- Solicit and book programs to maximize revenue for Rooms, Food and Beverage, meeting room rental, etc.
- Finalize Contracts with Clients
- Travel and make Sales Calls
- Conduct and arrange site inspections
- Meet individual and team booking goals
- Complete Prospecting calls
- Create strong collaborative partnerships with property operations
- Act as support network for all sales people in his/her region
- Communicate effectively with other regions, Property and In-Market, Meeting operators and customers
- Able to negotiate and understand contract language
