Municipal Researcher responsible for providing technical and administrative support to the field and operations staff, conducting document research, tracking data/information, writing technical zoning reports, and providing customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED) required with some college preferred, and minimum of two years of administrative type experience.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret project/technical documents, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from clients, peers, and technical field staff.
