We are looking for a part-time Architecture & Engineering Project Assessor to conduct Property Condition Assessments (PCAs) and write technical reports. The role requires a strong understanding of ASTM standards and experience with seismic, structural, mechanical, civil, environmental surveys, pre-construction document reviews, construction monitoring, desk reviews, report reviews, or document reviews. 50% travel is required for site inspections.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Architecture and/or Engineering preferred)
  • 3+ years of related experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
