Commercial Real Estate Underwriting Analyst (Argus)

We are hiring a Commercial Real Estate Investment Analyst to support a US based real estate investment and development firm. This role is focused on deal underwriting, financial modeling, and investment analysis across institutional quality real estate transactions.

Requirements

• Underwrite commercial real estate deals
• Build and maintain detailed financial models in Excel for acquisitions and development projects
• Use ARGUS Enterprise to analyze property level cash flows and valuations
• Perform debt analysis including DSCR, loan sizing, and capital structure evaluation
• Analyze rent rolls, operating statements, and market data
• Prepare investment memos and underwriting summaries for internal decision making
• Work closely with a US based team on active deals
