Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize LLM Agent systems, utilizing Large Language Models (LLM) and other technologies (e.g., RAG) to build intelligent conversation and task automation systems.
• Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and other relevant departments to drive product innovation and value creation.
• Continuously follow the latest advancements in AI and Large Language Models, and apply these cutting-edge technologies to projects.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a computer-related field, with 5-8 years of work experience, including experience managing development teams.
2. Possess background knowledge and experience in AI, with preference given to those who have published papers at relevant academic conferences.
3. Proficient in the Golang tech stack, with extensive development experience.
4. Passionate about the Web3 industry and willing to commit to continuous deep engagement in the field.
5. Strong desire to explore new technologies such as AI, with the ability to proactively learn and apply new technologies.
6. Fluent in both Chinese and English as working languages, with excellent communication skills.
7. Strong teamwork skills, able to effectively collaborate with various departments.
8. Located in the Asian time zone and able to remote work.
