The Marketing Analyst will deliver clear, data-driven insights through analysis and research to improve lead generation, conversion, occupancy, and overall revenue performance for BRS.
Requirements
- Build dashboards that track key KPIs across all communities
- Analyze sales funnel performance to identify bottlenecks in pipelines
- Measure the effectiveness of digital, print, direct mail, and marketing plan lead aggregators
- Analyze cost per inquiry (CPI), cost per lead (CPL), cost per move-in (CPM), and channel ROI for each community and the overall system
- Partner with sales and operations to improve data capture, workflows, and lead attribution accuracy
