Bubblefig is a premium activewear and clothing brand. We are an e-commerce business looking for a data-driven Performance Marketing Manager to scale revenue, improve profitability, and lead our paid acquisition efforts.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, creative-focused, and experienced in scaling e-commerce brands while maintaining strong ROAS targets.
You will develop and execute the strategy, execution, optimization, and reporting of paid media campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Meta Ads Management
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
Manage campaign structures across Meta and Google.
Scale revenue while maintaining profitability and ROAS targets.
Monitor key performance metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, and MER.
Creative Strategy
Lead creative testing initiatives to identify winning ad concepts.
Develop creatives required to execute the campaigns successfully.
Develop creative briefs for designers, photographers, and content creators.
Analyze creative performance and provide recommendations based on data.
Continuously test new hooks, formats, offers, UGC concepts, videos, and static creatives.
Stay ahead of platform trends and best practices.
Google Ads Management
Manage and optimize Google campaigns.
Improve campaign efficiency through keyword optimization, bidding strategies, audience segmentation, and feed management.
Monitor attribution and cross-channel performance.
Analytics & Reporting
Build and maintain performance dashboards.
Track campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and profitability metrics.
Provide weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights.
Work with GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and attribution tools.
Growth & Optimization
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, landing page performance, and customer acquisition efficiency.
Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity.
Requirements
Must-Have
3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads for e-commerce brands in the premium/luxury segment.
Proven experience scaling paid social campaigns with measurable ROAS results.
Strong understanding of creative testing frameworks and performance analysis.
Experience managing Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
Strong analytical and reporting skills.
Experience with GA4 and data-driven decision making.
Preferred
Experience working with fashion, activewear, apparel, or DTC brands.
Understanding of attribution platforms and e-commerce analytics.
Experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding ₹10 lakh.
Familiarity with Shopify and e-commerce conversion optimization.
