Job Description
This dynamic role combines customer service excellence with operational efficiency, placing you at the heart of the company’s growth initiatives. As the Sales Operations Admin, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential clients while also driving internal process improvements and business development efforts. You’ll work directly with the leadership team to implement automation solutions and enhance operational workflows, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys both client interaction and systems optimization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming customer inquiries, managing lead intake through multiple channels including phone and digital platforms
- Execute appointment scheduling and customer follow-up using established systems and processes
- Perform detailed job costing analysis and maintain accurate financial tracking for project profitability
- Drive business growth through proactive outreach and targeted cold calling campaigns to commercial prospects
- Manage and optimize CRM systems to ensure efficient lead tracking and customer relationship management
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities using tools like Zapier to improve operational efficiency
- Support production team with workflow management and project coordination
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and project documentation
- Collaborate with management to develop and improve business processes
- Generate regular reports on sales activities, lead conversion, and operational metrics
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or administrative roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems and business productivity software
- Demonstrated experience with process improvement and automation tools
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Experience with data analysis and basic financial tracking
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Background in construction or service industry preferred but not required
