The Tele Sales Representative is responsible for proactively reaching out to potential and existing customers via phone to promote products or services, generate leads, and close sales. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets. The Tele Sales Representative will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth and maintain strong customer relationships. With performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calls:
- Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, or other channels.
- Sales Pitch:
- Deliver compelling sales pitches tailored to customer needs.
- Highlight product features, benefits, and value propositions to persuade potential buyers.
- Customer Engagement:
- Build rapport with customers by actively listening to and addressing their inquiries or concerns.
- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
- Lead Management:
- Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
- Qualify leads and prioritize high-potential opportunities.
- Sales Targets:
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.
- Track and report sales performance metrics.
- Follow-Up:
- Conduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Handle objections and negotiate terms to close sales effectively.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and improve results.
- Share customer feedback to enhance product offerings and sales processes.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in high-volume outbound calling to US business markets is a hard requirement
- MUST HAVE WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
- Previous SDR, inside sales, or business development experience required
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills are important.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.
