We are sourcing an experienced Personal Lines Insurance Administrative Assistant to support all back-office processes related to quoting, renewals, endorsements, policy servicing, documentation, and client communication for Personal Lines accounts.
Requirements
- 2–3+ years of experience in Personal Lines Insurance administration or support
- Experience using agency management systems such as AMS360, Applied Epic, HawkSoft, or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of Personal Lines carriers, underwriting requirements, and policy servicing workflows
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work U.S. business hours and maintain consistent responsiveness
