Operations & Administrative Assistant role in a growing electrical services company, specializing in medical and scientific equipment. This role is pivotal in transforming the company's operational efficiency and enabling sustainable growth.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an administrative, operational, or executive assistant role, preferably within a service-based industry.
  • High proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Demonstrated experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) for communication and organization.
  • Familiarity with or ability to quickly learn job management software, specifically Tradify.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of professional client interaction.
  • Proactive problem-solver with a strong initiative to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines consistently.
  • A practical approach to technology and a willingness to adapt to evolving business needs.
