Schedule:- Mondays to Fridays, 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Vancouver, BC, Canada, Pacific Time
Job Highlights:
- Responsible for maintaining organized client records and project timelines

Responsibilities:
- Post invoices and bills using QuickBooks Online
- Issue invoices to clients and manage related communications
- Prepare and proofread contracts and other important documents
- Manage client communications with a high degree of professionalism
- Oversee project management, tracking client progress and following up on tasks
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and financial information management
- Coordinate with the senior accountant and practice owner on various projects
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role
- Basic bookkeeping skills, particularly with QuickBooks Online
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling financial information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
