This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm Sydney Time with 1 hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the full estimating process from takeoff to final pricing
- Develop and implement estimating and contract administration processes and systems
- Manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle
- Communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and trades
- Create and maintain project documentation and contracts
- Handle supplier follow-ups and provide regular client updates
- Oversee project management aspects of awarded contracts
- Collaborate with leadership to improve business processes
- Provide strategic input for business development and growth

Requirements
- Proven experience in construction estimating within Australia
- Strong background in contract administration
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience in creating and implementing business processes
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Engineering background preferred
- Proficiency in construction estimating software
- Track record of successful project delivery
- Experience in residential construction preferred
