Requirements
- Get familiar with commercial food equipment
- Read service manuals and schematics of appliances
- Upload service manuals and schematics on job work orders
- Proactively plan the route of technicians
- Assess the Service call request and assign them to appropriate technicians
- Call Customers and get commitment for scheduled service calls
- Coordinate with customers, manage technician routes, and ensure techs submit completion notes
- Handle priority tasks, technical issues, and scheduling conflicts
