Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate virtual client care sessions through video conferencing platforms
- Facilitate seamless client experiences by managing digital meeting spaces and virtual waiting rooms
- Schedule and coordinate client appointments while maintaining optimal service delivery flow
- Provide compassionate client support through various digital communication channels
- Execute efficient virtual room management and participant coordination during sessions
- Ensure smooth technical operations of virtual service delivery platforms
- Maintain detailed digital records while adhering to HIPAA compliance standards
- Coordinate with healthcare team members to optimize client care delivery
- Implement and maintain virtual client engagement protocols
- Monitor and manage client scheduling systems to maximize service efficiency
Requirements
- Previous experience in healthcare industry or medical background required
- Demonstrated expertise in virtual communication platforms, especially Zoom
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare privacy regulations
- Excellent virtual communication skills and professional online presence
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and schedules in a virtual environment
- Experience with digital healthcare delivery systems preferred
- Strong technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic connectivity issues
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and quiet home office space required
