- Monday - Friday 9:30am - 6:30 pm EST includes 1hr unpaid break
Role Overview:
The Processing Manager is responsible for leading the execution of loans after the term sheet has been signed and the initial fee has been paid. This role involves coordinating with all relevant parties—clients, lenders, title companies, appraisers, and internal teams—to compile, review, and submit the full loan package. The Processing Manager also supervises Processing Associates to ensure all back-office operations are executed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Join client kick-off calls to explain the loan process and required documentation
- Coordinate with clients, appraisers, insurers, title agents, and other third parties to gather necessary documentation
- Review submitted documents for completeness and accuracy
- Package and submit complete documentation to lenders; manage all follow-up requests
- Track and manage loan progress through underwriting, approval, and closing stages
- Oversee and coordinate all closing logistics to ensure proper execution of closing documents
- Supervise Processing Associates; review their work to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to timelines
Ideal Skillset:
- Strong customer service experience in the financial, debt management or mortgage a must
- Highly detail-oriented and process-driven
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Sales experience / Appointment setting is required
- Strong customer service experience in the financial, debt management or mortgage
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination abilities
- Comfortable overseeing a small team and providing direction or feedback
- Proactive communicator with a solution-focused mindset
- Able to work independently while managing multiple transactions concurrently
