Requirements
- 3-5 years of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong communication skills with a neutral accent
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote work environment
- Proficiency in using CRM systems
- Basic understanding of the trucking or transportation industry (preferred but not required)
- Comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure
