We are seeking a driven and persuasive B2B Appointment Setter to support our HR technology sales team. This role involves high-volume outbound calling, qualifying prospects, generating genuine interest, and booking high-quality appointments with decision makers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or appointment setting, particularly cold calls (SaaS)
  • Excellent communication skills; neutral or UK-aligned accent preferred
  • Strong phone presence with clarity, confidence, and professionalism
  • Experience with CRMs and power dialers
  • Ability to work UK business hours
  • Resilience and persistence required for high-volume calling
  • Strong qualification and objection-handling skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with comfort in commission/bonus-driven environments
