Location: This is a fully remote position, open to candidates residing anywhere in India.
Role in a nutshell:
An experienced HR professional with more than 10 years in Employee Relations, skilled in handling complex workplace issues and supporting a culture of fairness, trust and compliance. Known for sound judgment, data-driven decisions and the ability to build strong relationships with leaders to support a healthy and compliant work environment.
Desired experience:
10+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years focused on ER and 3+ years in an HRBP/Generalist capacity.
Strategic Oversight: Proven track record in managing large-scale audit programs and strengthening HR operations through rigorous compliance reviews.
Process Excellence: Demonstrated ability to draft and implement SOPs that improve efficiency and mitigate legal risks.
Integrity & Maturity: Unique emotional maturity and the ability to act as a culture champion in sensitive situations.
Scale: Hands-on experience supporting a workforce of up to 2,000 employees.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM) is a plus.
Employment Terms
Nature of Role: This is a Fixed-Term Hire (FTH) for a duration of 12 months.
Future Scope: Based on performance and organizational requirements, this role is eligible for conversion to a permanent position or extension beyond the initial term.
What will you do?
End-to-End Case Management: Handling grievances, workplace conflicts and policy violations from intake to final resolution.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring strict adherence to regional labor laws and global internal policies.
Complex Investigations: Leading high-stakes investigations into harassment, discrimination, retaliation and misconduct.
Audit Program Management: Leading the design and execution of internal and external HR audit programs to identify risks and ensure 100% adherence to statutory requirements.
Driving SOPs: Developing, streamlining and enforcing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the ER lifecycle to ensure consistency, scalability and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborating with HRBPs on corrective actions, performance improvement plans (PIPs) and behavioral concerns.
Global Mobility: Overseeing the compliance and documentation for international transfers and immigration requirements.
