United States onlyThe Expo/Food Runner is primarily responsible for running our food window as expo and coordinate orders, running food, garnishing food accordingly, knowledge of menu, acting as the point of contact between Front of the House and Back of the House staff, communicating food orders to chefs, paying attention to priorities (e.g. food allergies).

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Cleaning and sweeping the dining areas of the restaurant, cleaning, sanitizing, and resetting each table for the next guest, taking out the garbage, stocking stations with necessary supplies, and cleaning the bathrooms.
- Anticipate guests' and coworkers' needs and exceed guest service expectations.
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.
- Ensure guests are enjoying their experience and take action to correct any problems.
- Concludes the guest experience by acknowledging choice of establishment and inviting patrons to return.
- Complete assigned sidework at the beginning, during, and at end of shift.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Respond urgently and appropriately to guests' and coworkers' needs.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.

Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a fast paced restaurant
- Friendly, energetic, detail-oriented team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment!
- Restaurant experience is a plus but not required. We offer on-the-job training.
- A desire to help where needed and work as part of a team.
- Ability to work positively and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit a professional appearance and mannerisms.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts.
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, bend, stoop, and wipe for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to carry trays and supplies (up to 50 lbs.).
- Food Handler Certification.
